nobody should be surprised by this. She's a politician, she will avoid controversy at all costs, and Tupac is easily the least controversial answer to "who's the best rapper". Odds are she doesn't give a s*** about Tupac or any other modern day rapper for that matter, it's just her trynna seem cool and with it n s*** without actually saying anything of substance. It's why when she realizes Tupac isn't a valid answer all she can say is some waffle-ass bs.
