self diagnosis can only help so far and adhd does have a lot of similar symptons to other neurodivergent things one could have. not sure where your capabilities to do so but i think if you can, it would be worth talking to psychiatrist to find out if you think is something you might have.

in my case, it has totally changed my life for the better. depending on where you live and income there can also be more accessible ways if you need that, either way more than worth a search around whats in your area for the options <3
