i feel like it can't be understated how much kanye has actually mentally deteriorated this year. he legitimately can't make music anymore. whether you liked or didn't like vultures 1, he was still competently putting songs together at the bare minimum and mostly needed ty to deliver the melodies. he can no longer make even a vultures 1 caliber album.
