First of all, music is never really truly “finished”. A song can be endlessly updated and tweaked until the end of time.

Second of all, most of the time Ye fans are saying an album of his is unfinished, they’re usually referring to the state of the project’s mixing, which is less of a “finished” issue and more of a difference in taste.

Donda 2 is the only project of his that you can truly call “unfinished”, since there are numerous open verses, incoherent mumble drafts, and the project was never actually officially released
