Donda is TLOP with a better aesthetic to me honestly. It has some of his most heartfelt and dynamic songs imo (Come to Life, Jesus Lord, Hurricane, Pure Souls, 24, BWIS) The all black aesthetic when it was new was hard af as well. It was just a better era overall than TLOP was.

I’m talking music though. It sucks he’s this bad now. Quality control is gone, using AI on years old repurposed scraps, every release needs fan feedback to be “updated” and mixed properly. It’s really insane this is where it’s at

Music criticism is absolutely valid. We need to critique art to consume it.
That said, if you not the person actively in the seat, what does your criticism further? You can get online and b**** about it, I do it all the time. I love to do it. But I’m conscious that it’s not serious. You don’t change anything, if you truly want music to be a certain way you have to go out and make that vision
Also I do make music and I don't put it out because I don't consider it to be finished and I'm picky
So I think it's an okay stance for me to have
