It doesn’t really seem he wants help. I genuinely think he likes having his life this way.
His mom is dead, his family is forever altered, he screwed his career, like what else is the point except for the ultra hedonistic lifestyle he’s cultivated. Additionally, he’s proved he’s never held responsible for his actions so there’s not like any guardrails at all. If I was him I would do nitrous all day too
