Bro the drunk thing was just a fan-made theory. It was never intended to be that, it was just headcanon.

He had people write for the 2nd half of the song back in 2022 itself, it's just that he never recorded for it. He always wanted actual lyrics for it, why would he get people to write for it otherwise.
