This is just my opinion and if you want to downvote feel free, idc anymore. Ye always brings the best out of his features and that is still the case. Ye is the weakest part of most of the songs tho, usually he keeps up momentum with the features. He’ll have a fiery energy for a few bars and just abruptly end his verses. Problematic, Keys to Life, and Burn have his best rapping, but don’t touch his older stuff. I get that this is supposed to be his “fun album” but I hate that argument bc all of his albums are fun in their own way. He has never had this weak of performances on any album. The LP’s from Ye, JIK, and especially Donda 1 and 2 wash this s***. All of his interviews feature him saying the same s*** over and over again. “twix double the size” , “you’re exiled” , and the stuff abt the industry blackballing him. It’s crazy how low the standards for this man have dropped in the last couple years. He treats his fans worse than ever, that rolling loud performance was f***ing scam. All this dude does at these performances is dance around to music we’ve been hearing for a couple months. The idea of us paying for an album is also crazy, bc we’re all just gonna pirate that s*** like we did with Pablo. He used to set trends and all the music from vultures does is follow trends. V2 sounds promising, but he’s gotta stop being such a d*** and drop this s*** like he did with V1. This is a sleepy post and I might take it down after I get some rest, I’m just pissed that my goat is disappointing me like this. I love this community and think y’all deserve better, especially after defending him for so long
