i was talking mostly about his features, almost always delivers just like on vultures imo

i do agree that he isn’t necessarily an album artist but there’s always at least a few great songs whenever he drops something, almost healed (while not really a cohesive album) is a great example of that in my opinion

not sure that's really the case for Vultures 1, his subject matter stands above most rappers still but he's not delivering lots of interesting thought provoking stuff on that album like he has in the past

Durk says largely foreseeable things in a fun and interesting way on songs where he does well, that's about what Ye offers on Vultures 1 too

he's got bars, lots of rappers don't, sometimes from some artists that is all you need

but I don't agree with the first sentence cause there's plenty of artists that have interesting things to say, in music specifically rap and in other realms too, they should be celebrated
