It removes my ADHD symtoms and i get to see aspects of my personality that i was previously blind to. I think alot of myself, and that doesn't have to be necessary grandiose in nature.

I'm working on reducing it.

Im planning an increase next month (month 3). Didn't want to go up when I was still managing side effects but I got them down now

how has your sleep been fam?

It was so good until a week or two ago. Like all of a sudden I could fall asleep faster and get up feeling refreshed and ready to go instead of super groggy and tired until I pound caffeine

Then I got a super bad sinus infection and have been the busiest I've ever been at work so I had been staying up way later and at random times so it's been s***. Probably because I take my night meds so late. Today I felt good though but my cough is also way better

I hope your cough gets better man.

I have to take one or two days off in the week because my sleep is pure garbage on these medication, despite how much more functional they make me there is nothing that feels you lifeless like a lack of sleep.

luckily you don't get withdrawals when you take a break which is sweet.

I'm kind of lucky in an ironic way cause I take seroquel and clonadine for sleep (and other) related problems already so as long as I take them early enough I can knock right out. I'll take a gummy too most nights to help

When I've taken stimulants in the past without night meds sleeping was such a huge problem. Even just a 20mg Adderall xr in the morning would make it so hard to sleep back then. But I basically had insomnia type symptoms for so many years already, like since high school in the early 2010s

Even now though it feels like the Adderall lasts 12 hours and everything I read online is an XR is supposed to be like 8
