He’s a legend who honestly doesn’t get enough credit for the influence he had in the game. Saw him live at Dreamville Fest and he had the place going absolutely wild. Glad to see him happy and having a good time you know a lot of these dudes would have too much pride to do something like this for whatever reason

If I was a rapper I would just perform at super random events for the hell of it because why not tbh

he literally one of the top important rappers of modern rap since the 2010s along with kanye, drake, wayne, gucci mane, future & three 6 mafia i did a whole thread about it some months ago

his sound and style is near three 6 mafia terms of influece bro is influential and one of biggest trail blazers ever

he also got out the game when he was still really hot too so he never even had a slump period and one of the few truly "retired" rappers

got nothin but love n respect for the mans & lex luger

100% agree with all of this bro. Honestly makes me kind of mad knowing how much flack he caught in the early years because he was the “dumb rapper” (like that short bus shorty s***) like IMAGINE dudes like Carti (no offense to him) coming up in the late 00s and early 10s with that kind of critique they would’ve never made it out the gate. He took a lot of criticism so others could flourish and it doesn’t get talked about enough imo
