I know it may not matter much but I did a guided meditation before I went to sleep (I haven't meditated in a long time) and I woke up with the least amount of ache I've had in a while and no new scratches besides the existing ones.
So thank you for the quick tip, even though there are some days when the pain is minimal like this.

K if that helped, make sure youre doing a good stretch first, whole body, then when u start, try pay attention to good posture until you can relax into it.
My dreams 10x crazier when i do this right before bed, but i always feel more in control of them if that makes sense.
