Wale has this thing where you know he’s talented and know he makes good music but you give absolutely 0 f***s what he saying.
Like his most recent song he just put out is FIRE, but I can’t remember a single line.

Fr, I dont wanna sound cliche but he’s missing that “it” factor that makes you wanna come back to the songs. Even artists with inferior lyrical ability have it.
I cant even really describe it but it’s either you have it or you don’t. You can have the right vibe, good melody, catchy hook but if it doesn’t move you it just doesn’t move
