    Start small and pick one thing to fix slowly. Will feel like you're doing nothing at the start but once you develop a positive routine you can start targetting other aspects of your life

    I share this sentiment. What's the main issue you have?

    Well I'm reluctant to rent a room, partly cuz my background or nervous with strangers.
    Plus have 2 smedium dogs and I aint used to regula degula neighborhoods most ppl used to!
    Guess thats issue numero uno

    Of course, I wanna get stable but no matter what I try.
    It isn't ever that complete package. Nothing near,... you know a steady job, my own spot, bf, kids one day maybe idk but like my dad sparked the thought process of me even posting this cuz I'm not getting younger he hella worries about me cuz I take off or I have in the past cuz I get tired of my surroundings
    Same s*** sometimes we fight sometimes we cool when s*** hits the fan i aint ever do enough im always bein dumb kinda talk like ONE DAY YOULL GET IT ONE DAY YOULL UNDERSTAND YOULL SEE

    I know routines a major aspect that I have not been able to lock into. I wish but it aint realistic where I stay

    I cannot stress enough how badly a routine formed with good habits helps

    Hmm maybe routine is too strong a word but planning your days and other things boosts self control, discipline and makes you feel a bit more fulfilled at the end of the day for sticking with and doing what you set out to do, you don't have to be super strict with it at first

    I have a set time for when I wake up and go to sleep which helps you feel a bit more energetic, I set a time aside for time to myself, I walk my dog at the same time everyday, exercise at the same time etc

    It helps manage feelings of uncertainty and anxiety imo and helps form a strong sense of self
