Only a ,after of time before Disney does the same
Then the rest come falling like dominoes
Crine imagine not having a 100 foot screen in your house with 500 speakers, rumbling seats, and dual 8k projectors
I can’t have s*** at full blast in my apartment
HBOMax is a dog
time to shut down all pretend theaters. all theaters only have true IMAX screens and only show movies in IMAX. only need a few theaters in every city. maybe 10-12 in major cities
people will go for the right movies
wonder if disney will follow suit or will they turn theatres into marvel screening houses
this really gonna be looked back on as the start of a paradigm shift in how we view movies
We've almost reached the point that cinema was always heading towards, where everything goes to streaming and the only things that aren't immediately delivered to streaming are big, tentpole movies.
Studios that don't have any relationships with streaming need to start panicking now. They're the losers in all of this.
