I’m 19 and I still don’t have my license because I’m borderline terrified to drive. I literally get like a mini panic attack just at the thought of being behind the wheel.

I’m a sophomore in college and I’ve been doing online learning from home this year because of Covid, but I’m going back to campus in August, and I’m gonna need my license to get around on my own while I’m there. My plan is to start practicing and get it before June.

Anyone else experience this before they started driving? And if so, how did you overcome the fear?

That being said, I played too much Need For Speed so I have no fears of driving

yes, but you get used to it.

it's much easier when you have a good driving instructor though. the instructors I had from high school were pretty nice and chill.

my dad was damn near the worst driving teacher of all time. threw me into a box truck and told me to drive through chicago to "get used to being behind the wheel" on my first time.

That’s a smooth experience compared to Burnout

I passed years ago but haven't driven since so that fear has come back

  • Jan 25, 2021

It’s a pretty common feeling, I also had it

I get mad as hell when people don’t use their turn signals. Those people deserve to get into crashes

we used to take this kids parents car on the block for crusies all the time when we were like 14-15. So by the time we got our drivers license we already knew how to drive
