MarvinViews is bad for 2 reasons.
1. It was sequenced poorly. It’s all over the place thematically, tonally, etc.... and really? Keep the Family Close over Weston Road Flows for the intro? Get it together Aubrey.
2. It’s bloated with Filler/Take Care C-sides.
If you took the 10 best songs from Views and sequence do it properly it’s a classic.
But that’s in another timeline. But not his worst album.

no but only bc he sacrificed his bigger vision
iirc drake wanted there to be no rap songs on views and it would've been more r&b / pop leaning but he thought it wouldn't be well received
imo lots of the rap verses on here aren't very passionate or even very good
it's a cool album but it had the Potential to be great
