KakoYer bro Em lives and breaths this rap s*** and is so important to the culture (imagine if Em died what kind of legacy and status he would inherit). A lot of the hate is over the top. He is up there with Nas, Eminem, Jay Z, Kanye etc. as having living legend status.
Yeah. Even his background as a battle rapper before SSLP is commendable. Dude was battling at Scribble Jam(but lost a lot of battles surprisingly) and was doing music with the Outsidaz in my home state of New Jersey.
Em's casual rap fanbase doesn't reflect him at all.
