safeI mean very very technically because RAF owned the master and Jay sold his share of RAF but that really cant be viewed as a betrayal in any way shape or form
If Jay did anything wrong it has to be signing Ye to a deal where he didn't own his own masters in the first place. But that's just standard operating procedure. Kanye himself has signed plenty of artists to deals where they don't own their masters.
