Yeah, cause she became irrelevant after the album. Lean Back was HUGE back then, and it was partly because of her. So people already knew who she was before her solo career.

I was listening to rap all the time back then, and that includes her, Kim, Foxy, Eve, Trina and Missy, but I never really cared about a female rapper until Nicki blew up (before even dropping her album)

I think Pinkprint and Queen are better than her first two projects. Stuff like Superbass and Check it out was just too pop and gay anthems lol

This is only the second week and “Megatron” has dropped 72 spots on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. Last week, the single debuted at #20 but this week the single is sitting at #92.
Just last week “Megatron” reached #1 on iTunes, but recently fell off the Top 50 Billboard streaming songs.

To be fair tho context matters, do those Cole songs sound like hits to you? If they were songs for the radio I’d say they flopped.

I wanted more songs like Shanghai and Four Door Aventador. Stuff like Chiraq remix, Lookin Ass, Runnin,... That's the Nicki I want.
