    Also no

Juice World songs are still getting millions of views on youtube and he's been dead for 5 years, same goes for XXX

And off the top of my head Carti and Uzi still have strong fanbases

    Oblivion X

Carti has one of the most loyal fanbase in hip hop rn

him and uzi are outliers from that era

I wouldn't consider some of those to be heavy hitters currently, namely Wiz or Cudi... Rocky too let's be honest. They do have very well crafted fanbases for their material tho.

I think the soundcloud era has that too, we see more smaller, but niche and loyal fanbases today for people. Soundcloud era also gets a knock because their biggest heavy hitters died XXX, Juice, Pop, Dolph, etc

Rod Wave seems to have a very big fanbase tho, Lucki has generated a cult like fanbase too, Youngboy absolutely has a strong fanbase, I feel like even Kodak has a niche fanbase that loves his s*** even though he's not as relevant as he used to be it feels

the blog era still exists just on instagram pages like hyperpopdaily

Blog era and first wave of soundcloud era imo

You’re better off building a niche cult fan base vs a large undedicated viralized fanbase

Yeah a niche fanbase is far more sustainable. They'll buy your merch and sellout your shows. You won't make it on the KTT2 sales thread title but you get a bigger slice of the pie

Rocky still headlining festivals even though he hasn't dropped a album in over 6 years

Wiz and Cudi are still capable of going on arena tours

Who from the soundcloud era has fanbase as strong as Tylers?

Rod Wave isn't soundcloud era imo, he's apart of the 2020/street rap/pain rap era that came after the soundcloud era

We aren't talking about strong fanbase, the dialog is long lasting fanbase

There's artists from the 70s, 80s, 90s, etc doing tours still at smaller venues than their peaks, but they have long lasting fanbases that still go out and view their shows.

Soundcloud era has less highly successful acts, but a lot of the artists from that era did at the least develop a niche fanbase that supports their work thus making it a long lasting fanbase

Idk where Rod Wave falls I don't listen to him, but he is post blog era either way
