Also flavored sparkling waters. Lacroix with their passion fruit and lime flavors. Spindrift made with real juice if I’m feelin fancy. Store brand when I’m bout to pound em down.

I load up on alkaline water from Costco. I’m not sure if it’s more healthy than normal water, but it definitely taste better which helps me to stay on top of drinking water. It’s all I drink 85-90% of the time now.

if you got your own place look into installing a system like i got so you reduce your plastic waste (assuming it's a bunch of bottles u buying), there are dozens with different specialties i remember one with an alkalinity attachment or something but i just went with a more basic setup

was $220 but hey having pure water out my own tap when i live in a desert with jet fuel polluted water is worth any price

Apparently, it’s better with hydration and detoxification. The PH levels helps prevent diseases like obesity and high blood pressure.

Personally I feel more hydrated and therefore I have more endurance working out. It could be because of the things I mentioned above. Or simply it tastes more refreshing than plain water. Since alkaline is all I drink when it comes to water, I definitely notice a difference when I drink plain water.

Never thought of a purification system tbh. I do pay atttention to recycling the plastic bottles, I’m really strict on that.
