the issue with nasir was nas's rapping i thought the beats were pretty solid just felt like nas was a bit rusty for being out of the game for so long.

still a 6/10 project imo

Nas was killing feats at the time, Echo for example is incredible and Adam & Eve is also great. Problem was the track sequencing, some of the beats like Cops Shot the Kid and White Label sucked, and believe it or not it's the producer's job to make sure the verses fit which some of them didn't.
