It’s difficult to compare Wayne to Pac. Wayne pushed the limits of witty word play and Pac pushed the limits of being able to emotionally reach out to his listeners.

If you ever grew up in the hood feeling the despair and hopelessness and general hardships of that environment then some of Pacs more candid and calming songs are so emotionally captivating it’s crazy. To hear someone open up about their pain with such conviction and eloquence, to where you get that “I’m not alone” moment, will make a grown man cry if he going thru it.

If you can’t connect to Pacs lyrics on a deep emotional level then to me it makes sense why you would believe Wayne is the better rapper. But if you have been deeply emotionally moved by Pacs work, then it makes sense you would prefer Pac.

We all come from different backgrounds and walks of life so really it’s nothing wrong with preferring one over the other.

Personally I believe Pac is the best.

I clicked on this fan made 2pac album of a bunch of unreleased tracks and the first song made me instantly tear up. Just to hear someone talk about the struggles in the hood but be so calm about it hits so hard for me personally.

exactly. wayne has had a enormous impact on rap, but pac had a reach that transcended rap and even music

exactly both legends at the end the end of the day.
