I gotta stop doing this thing where I forget to take a pic until the last few bites lol. This was originally half an entire raw salmon, with a bit of salt and everything bagel seasoning (I tried the poke sauce twice, but it was way too overpowering and salty, but here I can actually taste the fish), over a whole pot of rice with furikake seasoning. Was very good.

Had to learn to eat these dishes slower. I’m used to taking large bites and hardly chewing my food, but it’s such a waste of a fresh meal like this to not savor every bite.

this place is like a 3 minute walk from my apartment. I get this almost every weekend
