    you got one good leg right? hop around, thats what I did when I had 10 fractures back in 2021

    fr tho nutrition gonna be key while ur healing I definitely recommend you cop some Huel meal replacement cuz it's super fortified with vitamins and nutrients and all you do is mix it with some milk or water and boom that's a meal done. keeps you off your feet but also keeps you fed right.

    i'd link you to spots like r/vegangifrecipes and r/volumeeating but again you gotta cook fr. but really you can't go wrong with just eating a grip of fruit and vegetables, they have a very low density of calories so you can eat a huge volume and not actually consume a lot of calories which is the primary driver of fat gains. like a meal I cook every couple weeks is these cauliflower sriracha bites. one large head of cauliflower has 200 cals. 200! like 1.5lbs of crunchy tasty goodness for super low cals. most of the cals come from the sauce and dip.

    since u healing u only rly need like 1700cal a day at ur height/weight cuz u aint doing s*** to burn off any excess. so i was sort of joking but yeah 700 not bad it just depends what else u eatin u kno
