Made shokupan for it but i just used a reg loaf pan and probably should have adjusted the recipe for it β i didnt rly read her ecipe notss lol

Used dukes mayo and homemade chickpea miso for the sandwich
Wish i made brioche buns rather than shokupan
It would have been less time consuming and also held up better against the the egg
Idk if i just undercooked my egg bc it was fairly liquidy still, but the super cooked parts are also just ok so maybe its better under LOL
It wasnt raw but was super soft scramble
Recipe just said when the egg was cooked rather than a specific soft/hard scramble or anything
I also doubled the recipe for each patty
