@boruto_dad u have any fav vegan spots

Cadence, superiority burger, bunna cafe, and ras plant based:
I think any non vegans who arent too “i NEED meat” wld like those. I dont ever feel like i miss meat going to those and u can tell they all have a lot of passion

And the nachos at jajaja hit hit w any crowd as well
But the rest of the jajaja menu might b more contentious depending on the audience—like the tacos r just ok compared to meat options in the city, so if youre taking meat eaters the tacos will probably b mid.

Other spots i think r good but not crazy:

    • guevaras (the torta milanesa specifically r good)
    • toad style
    • sol sips

also heard good things about aunts et uncles but never been

I also rly rly liked champs diner but thats closed and thought fat choy had a cool concept (also closed)

And if you like cadence that hospitality group also has a few more vegan spots

And theres a lot of veg indian hitters if you are veg not vegan: dosa man in wsp,
Saravana bhavan, hindu temple society of north america (never been but heard its rly good), punjabi deli (samosa chaat is good but other stuff is fairly bland), fuska cart

Unique green slaw. Tangy and perfect to cut the fat. 8/10

Pulled pork. Different than what Im used to back in NC. A little dry but the flavor is there. Sauce def helped. 7/10

Fresh cut fries because why not. 8/10

Brisket! Very very rare that I eat brisket. No smoke ring but still tender and flavor. 8/10

Mac and cheese. Was hating at first just based off first look but someone grandma is in the back making this. 9/10

Smoked turkey sandwich. Good but dry. Shame. 5/10
