this sauce didnt hav enough tang for me and the meat was kinda dry and rly flavorless on its on
the jjm was all onion no meat, sauce was sweet but not savory enough imo. homemade jjm better, or just idk a nice mom n pop spots
jjampong ive never tried before tbh so cant rly remark on it, but this was fairly bland.... id try it again elsewhere, but just based on this jjampong alone i think its just aight. i will note that my friend describes this jjampong as unusually bland lol

i got the choripan w added fried cheese and avo (comes topped w guasacaca--venezuelan green sauce, crushed chips, a ton of mustard, cheese, cabbage, chorizo)
and a side of tajadas covered in guasacaca cheese cabbage n cheese, bf got one of their burgers (the criminal, w steak) and tequeños (bread things filled w cheese)
i think it was a rly cool spot, good vibes, food was really interesting. the choripan >>>> the burger and their plantains >>>>> the tequeños
