tried maryland style pizza today from ledos

didnt get pics
but p good ig
i just find the crust pretty unsatisfyig
not super crispy
not chewy
just kinda whtv 4 me

not mad at the qual of the pepp and overall toppings tasted good tho

honey glaze croissant w brown butter almond financier center, saffron vanilla morning bun, chocolate croissant, chocolate glazed bun w fior di sicilia pastry cream, pear + raspberry jam slice w ricotta + buttermilk glaze (so good)

onion cheese bostock, radish moon w garlic chive butter (the perfect amount of butter tbh), roasted carrot and aleppo pepper tart w walnut pesto and feta cheese (easily my fav thing from this weeks menu. so so good. need to try again)

olive oil cake + chocolate cajeta cream pie w the secret chocolate pecan cookie crust (this one was good but not as good as the malted chess pie)
