    I fiddled with the oven till I got the right temperature. I have a non contact ir thermometer.

    I was shooting for 550*f- 570*f.

    I am going to point out everything wrong with this video because that pizza looks looks like trash, the dough didn't rise when baked nor does it have color.

    Probably over proofed

    Pretty sure I s*** on him in every aspect

    It's a trash dough recipe right off the bat because he used volume measurements instead of weighing it out on a scale.

    Bakers percentage is the way to go.
    Also I pack of yeat??? Did he read the yeast packet for a pizza recipe???

    Bou couldn't even stretch it round

    Boy put olive oil on the top, that's pointless

    The pizza didn't even brown up

    He baked it at 450*f that's stupid low for pizza

    It wasn't even done on the bottom

    Also the pizza above was baked between 900*f - 1000*f, and baked between 30 to 60 seconds.

    He is also faking how much he likes it, this dude weird

    If you can't do it right don't do it at all
