chocolate chip cookies w hint of cinnamon and almond extract from scratch.. first time using almond extract in choco chip cookies and I def went overboard w it so it tastes more like a chocolate chip macaron shell or ricciarelli.. still tastes good but it def doesn’t taste like a choco chip cookie so it doesn’t satisfy my cravings all the way. Will use 1/4 of the amount of almond extract and tad bit more cinnamon in my next batch

also I usually like to use chocolate discs/wafers but they didn’t have any so I went w the mini chips instead and tbh I think I kinda prefer the minis over the wafers.. just wish higher quality brands made mini chips cause nestle big trash
