    been making grilled cheese w a little bit of jam spread on top s*** is so crack if you like bagels w cream cheese n jam similar concept but a lil more savory/complex in flavor

    lamb, ribeye, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, corn, squash, and onions all fire roasted. from the restaurant of Francis Mallman, the Argentinian chef featured on Chef's Table. $15 in total and bout to attack the leftovers. s*** was delicious, the pic doesn't do it justice

    Nothing fancy lol tbh I got a big ass bag of pre shredded “Mexican style” cheese from Costco for tacos but I ran out of taco ingredients so I’ve just been using the leftover cheese for grilled cheeses + scrambled eggs.

    I’m pretty sure most jam + cheese combos should taste good (some prolly better than others tho)

    nah delivered from one of his Argentinian restaurants, 1884. pretty sure he's opened or invested in like 9 restaurants across the globe. cooking by fire really does add another taste, the squash was delicious
