a lot of asian regions also pound sticky rice into rice cakes
it can also be sweet (like first pic,,, japanese mochi) or savory (second,,, korean tteokbokki)
another sweet one i can think of w whole grains of sticky rice is shanghainese babaofan (eight treasures rice)I’ve been craving a red bean steamed bun since seeing that first pic

Except the beans are mushed into like a mash and it’s really sweet and the bread isn’t really bread idk what it is. But it’s a dessert I know it sounds weird bc beans but it tastes really good
