Cut up a bunch of potatoes,throw em in a pan,put a bunch of spices(dill,oregano,cumin,salt,pepper,anything you can find at home),put them in the oven,bake until golden brown and crispy.(we made these at 400 F for maybe 35 mins?not sure really depends on the oven).

This thread has seen my transition into Indian food. It's so f***ing good. And everywhere you go is different. Different tastes. Besides naan, I havent had the same dish that tastes the same.

Nice I actually made pretty bomb fries in the oven Saturday, yours got that professional look tho mine were a mess. Homemade oven fries are mad underrated

we got crab xialongbao, 1 red braised lionshead meatball, this cold tofu app, shaomai (the dumplings with corn on top, never seen it with corn b4 tho LMAO). beef noodle soup (not pictured bc it was bad), and 8 treasure sticky rice (not pictured bc blurry weh)tony boloney in ac:
