I like them bc he shows the whole process of him cooking and it’s authentic and he doesn’t do overly extra s*** like Babish for example

Babish just seems so obnoxious whereas this guy seems so wholesome

Seems like a fun guy to have a drink with and he clearly knows what he’s doing so it’s fun to watch him cook some s*** and hear him talk

But I never watch his videos to learn how to cook something and I don’t think he makes them with that intention
