Cooked myself raw meat for the first time. Was easier and tasted wayyy better than I expected
'Twas Wagyu beef cooked with onions, crumbled feta cheese, sweet cherry tomatoes, "Tuscan hand-rubbed fontal cheese", balsamic glaze, and my own mix of sea salt, black pepper, onion & garlic powder. Side of teriyaki rice

I've obviously had other people cook it for me yeah. Burgers, meatloaf, etc. But I never knew how to do it myself in terms of cooking to specific temperatures and s***. But it turned out to be p much medium which is just how I like
