killed the bolognese for lunch
vegan mushroom/quinoa/kale enchiladas for dinner
they tasted actually p decent id defs make it again if i hav random mushrooms im trya kill.. needed more sauce tho the ratio felt a lil off

crust was really buttery and flaky
the inside custard was so smooth and tasty
