properStrawberry jam and cream cheese bagels, cheese plates w fruit. same concept/similar taste
I did the jam grilled cheese on here before but I just discovered frying the cheese first earlier thus week when I seen a video of a taco shop grill the cheese first then put it on tortilla for quesadillas lol

if you just think of it as like sweet and salty combo it might not sound as bad
I dunno I grew up eating bagels w cream cheese and jam so it just reminds me of that

pan fry shredded cheese in a nonstick
then transfer the melted goop to a slice of bread and then just make a grilled cheese like how you normally would
then when it’s done cut in half and put hot sauce (I did a split half truff half valentinas) on one half and jam (strawberry on mine but any jam should work tbh) on the other
eat the hot sauce side first then the jam side for like a dessert lol
