Lol just went and ordered to go and told employee I would be outside cause they got like a bench by the door. Saw her drop off food to three diff customers in their car so I assumed she’d bring my food out too. 20 min pass so I walk in and ask if my food is ready and this s*** been sitting on the counter for 10min and is already lukewarm fries are soggy

And I tipped this dumb b**** 20%

If this wasn’t a spot I go to a lot I woulda called em out on it or at least wrote a s***ty Yelp review but this the first time this happened and I plan on still going back so now I’m just venting on ktt
