I settled for Chicken n Waffles. I still had drumsticks waffles and sauce left over from friday. Breading was kinda soggy at this point. I almost died after eating that s***. Put me to rest for 3 hours

made the same thing as sat but i wanted to try making this whole thing:

our fire was a lot bigger so as u can see the biskies burned (weh) but the tomatoes came out perfect
the ham in the video looks like he used some sort of cured ham, so i copped a thingy of prosciutto to use, but instead of what looks like hella reduced espresso we used normal coffee that i reduced for a only few min
the end result was sooooooooo salty tho like soooo o oo o o o o oo o o o oo ssalty i dont think ill make it again with cured ham... the idea is cool though i love cantonese coffee ribs but man.....the salt....
dinn saturday was beans w left over chicken i shredded plus some andouille sausages we roasted on sticks thrown in
the sausages we bought were mad salty tho, think it would have been better with just the chicken and the beans

Also this my 2nd time tonight coming on the verge of throwing up because I had to scarf down all or my calories at 4:00pm - 9:30pm
Then when I had to job and speed walk to my job I almost lost it.
So far on 4030ish calorie diet I'm not sore and I have tons of energy
Alright after two hours I feel, normal now.
I sat by the peer and groaned like a sick child dreading to go on the boat for about a half and hour
