yesterday lunch we went to this vegan chinese american joint called fat choy.... it was sorta like mission chinese tbh
mission chinese makes everything od salty but this joint adds vinegar 2 deadass everything lmao π
rice rolls, sticky rice dumplings were both good... both had vinegar sauces
mushroom filled sesame bread... didnt like the filling but the bread hit, bok choy in da back.... both had vinegar pickles
then got boba from the new not-boba-guys boba guys
had leftover cornbread and soup for dinner
then today broiled mackerel, tofu w bonito and stuff on top, miso soup, rolled omelette, hijiki, and natto for lunch

the chicken was yummy and the sauce was fire but the breast got kinda dryπ₯
