chicken tikka meal that comes w rice, garlic naan, that lentil? soup type thing and a side of that curry potato cauliflower thing quickly becoming my new fave day after rolling meal

whenever I get it on a normal day it’s always way too filling/heavy but day after rolling and not eating anything for like 20 hours could eat two of these

i used the rest of the spicy soy sauce sauce from the pan fried chicken we made da other day

seared the chicken first, used the leftover oil/chicken fat to cook the broccoli rabe

and then me and bf went to this bakery in our neighborhood that allegedly was good (went twice)
some of the croissant items were fire
everything else was decent or ok
defs get the croissants warmed up so they get a lil crispy again

what we got:

• croissant with goat cheese and artichoke--very good, would eat again 10/10
• salmon tartine--pretty good but nothing to write home abt (i fl like i can just make this myself)
• dulcey (white chocolate cooked til caramel in color) and pumpkin bread pudding--too sweet for me, and tartine bakery's bread pudding is just soooooo much better imo
  
• ham and brie croissant--croissant was good, the ham and brie pairing was mad boring and v oily on a croissant
• bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich--we had it warmed up but the cheese was still hard and plasticy, same w the egg. still od oily imo
  
• salmon tartine--same as b4
• cinammon sugar croissant bun--10/10 yum... didnt get this one warmed up so it wasnt as crispy outside but still super nice
• ham and cheese on baguette--the baguette wasnt crunchy at all and the crumb was too dense so it was mad tough to eat but i still enjoyed it lol
