    it gets marinaded in yogurt and aromatic spices + chili powder but its usually not like spicy

    esp bc yogurt kinda counteracts spice

    from what i know its a bit more liquid and saltier, basically greek yogurt (i think lol) but itd be dumb of me to say that when its not greek yogurt to me lol

    i made this mac and cheese-ish thing
    chickpeas, shell pasta
    crispy chickpea on top
    cheddar cheese w roasted acorn/kabocha squash/garlic, a ton of nutritional yeast, hing, paprika, cumin, onion powder, 1 chile in adobo sauce, liquid smoke, evap milk


    shakshouka w homemade pita and cucumber salad thing
    roasyed 2 bel pepper and an onion, blended that w a can of tomato

    Safeway finally started stocking malted milk choco Humphrey slocombe again

    my fave ice cream flavor for them. Groceries used to stock it regularly like two years ago. But the past two years most spots only had the matcha doodle, berry, coffee, and one of those queer eye collab flavors
