i honestly dk if mine turn out the technically right texture skskks

but theyre rly soft n yummy..... like naan or something

but they take like 15 minutes to make from pouring flour to having them on the griddle so its rly fast n nice

using animal fat is definitely a must tbh theyre rly yummy
