Made some cinnamon oatmeal (with unsweetened vanilla almond milk) mixed with Okios vanilla greek yogurt. Topped it off with chopped banana and blueberries with a whole wheat blueberry waffle slathered in almond butter on the side. And of course a glass of cold brew.

S*** was bomb.

I was thinking about this yesterday with what you said about rice + the tsebhi but one of my favorite things about injera is that as long as it works flavor wise you got a lot of varied options

One of my favorite foods ever is basically tsebhi but throw potatoes in there

Another one is peppers and broccoli cooked in with the beef (this ish would go so crazy with rice)
