    Anyone heard of them?

So the idea is simple. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food chains etc have perfectly fine leftover food that they just have to throw away. This app notifies you if a local joint has something left over because they have too much of it and sell it to you for 1/2 or 1/3 the actual price.

App is only available in Europe but they will launch in the US soon. I'll give it a shot if the food is heat.

The university I work at is doing the same through an app but they are giving away left over food to students at the end of the day and on weekends free of charge. πŸ₯Ί
