aunt and uncle came from Hawaii and they were craving Indian food cause I guess it’s not alot of good Indian food out there so had dinner w the fam just now. went the f*** in on some chicken saag, lamb vindaloo, lamb biryani, tandoori chicken no photos cause I was w ppl + in public sorry

also thought I was too old to receive money from relatives but guess not cause my uncle just handed me red envelope with two hundos

I'm staying next to this 1975 landmark bar Dark Horse, one of my favorite interiors I've ever seen

(Not my picture)

Their specialty is the Jiffy Burger with peanut butter, bacon and provolone

And their Colorado Red Bird whole 3-joint wings

This was the daily rotating butcher's cut at Blackbelly, overpriced restaurant with mandatory 20% tip and serves food that "always starts with seasonal, local Colorado-grown ingredients, and pasture raised, sustainable animals." It was sirloin with chimichurri, demi glace, onions and arugula

Chef is from Taos NM so I also got the Hatch green Chile posole

Speaking of Taos I found this at a gas station

Today the lab I was supposed to work at cancelled their service, so I have the day to take a drive up the mountains and puff on one of these
