fairmount bagel
idk why mtl bagel joints dont sell their s*** as sandwiches LOL it was a f***ing ratrace to make my own s*** using a single plastic fork shared amongst 7 ppl
it kinda just felt like a less hefty ny bagel tho tbh
st viateur bagel--their bagels r sweeter than fairmount, we liked this more it felt actually different from a standard ny bagel

beautys luncheonette
this place is clutch as f*** for seating our party of f***ing 14 ppl for a weekend walkin
its just good diner food but like man thank god they sat us lmao

St viateur is elite
Copped a dozen and a tub of cream cheese from the grocery store and ate them for breaky every day we were there
How’d you feel about Schwartz

Haven’t had katz
Schwartz so overrated to me, it’s just the smoked meat and a bit of mustard on some soggy bread
Like I get they’ve been making the sandwich the same way for like 80 years or whatever but at what point do you need to improve it
we also went to depanneur le pickup and that was rly good as well--nothing like particularly special
but just good food nice picnic tables outside chill vibes good cookies
great casual lunch vibes
didnt get pics bc i didnt have my phone
got a pulled pork sando

yaya we wanted to hit au pied de cochon up partially bc the bourdain cosign
theres another joint w bourdain cosign (joe beef) but we couldnt get a res for that many ppl
but tbh its cool tho that place is also known for being gluttonously disgusting
so two gluttonously disgusting joints in one weekend would have been od
