Give me a pasta shape that I can easily push a fork into and not have to worry about extra steps. It all tastes the same anyways

Only differentiator is if you want a pasta that can hold more sauce like those little seashell ones or penne where the sauce will go inside as opposed to like farfalle where it obviously doesn’t have a sauce pocket

And then hankerchiefs (mandilli) bc theyre so supple (lol)

And fhen finally im a big fan of gnudi bc theyre rly difficult to make and when theyre done well theyre sooooooooooo gorgeous

My mom says she stopped liking or wanting noodles simply bc when i was little i used to want noodles so much

It is very annoying with a beard having to make sure it’s twirled and small enough on the fork that I don’t end up with any sauce on my face
