Spaghetti/linguini
The little tiny elbow ones
Give me a pasta shape that I can easily push a fork into and not have to worry about extra steps. It all tastes the same anyways
Only differentiator is if you want a pasta that can hold more sauce like those little seashell ones or penne where the sauce will go inside as opposed to like farfalle where it obviously doesnโt have a sauce pocket

And then hankerchiefs (mandilli) bc theyre so supple (lol)
And fhen finally im a big fan of gnudi bc theyre rly difficult to make and when theyre done well theyre sooooooooooo gorgeous
